Child Welfare Society of Kenya official Regina Mungania explains the procedure of handing children below 3 years which includes DNA testing and photo identification tests to ensure children are handed to their rightful parents/guardians who must sign commitment documents witnessed by authorities. The agency also conducts follow-ups after reunification to ascertain the progress of the family.
